Dispute Resolution Procedure
We encourage clients to address any concerns as soon as possible with the person handling the case or transaction, because our priority is that potential problems should be put right before they escalate.
Should that not be possible, formal complaints should be addressed to the Client Liaison Partner as identified above.
If we are unable to resolve any complaint to your satisfaction, you may be entitled to refer your complaint to the Legal Ombudsman at PO Box 15870, Birmingham B30 9EB.
Professional Liability Insurance
We are insured in respect of professional liability arising out of our activitities in England & Wales by Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty AG.
