Birchall Blackburn Law join the shortlist for customer service awards

Birchall Blackburn Law has been recognised for its outstanding customer service by the biggest award scheme in the UK residential property industry.

Birchall Blackburn Law have been shortlisted by the ESTAS in the national, regional and individual conveyancer categories.

The awards highlight the firms who offer the best customer service during the home moving process. The results are based on data collected from customers who were asked a series of questions about the service they received.

Partner and head of conveyancing at Birchall Blackburn Law, Michael Foxford, said: “We know our services need to stay relevant and client experience is at the centre of everything we do, so it is very rewarding to be recognised for our hard work.”

We believe the best way to judge the performance of a conveyancer is to ask the clients who have experienced their whole service through to completion.”

The award winners will be announced at The Grosvenor House Hotel in Mayfair London on Friday 29th October.
