Administrative Assistant – New Business Team – Preston

This is an administrative support role in the New Business Team, within our Conveyancing department. This position is perfect for anyone who wants to gain experience working in a legal environment. Full training in all aspects of the role will be provided.

Key responsibilities:

• Making initial contact with clients as well as dealing with ongoing telephone and email enquiries
• Preparing and revising quotations based on the individual transaction
• Opening cases on the case management system
• Issuing the initial letters and client care pack
• Updating websites
• Photocopying, printing and scanning

Essential skills:

• Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Absolute attention to detail
• Highly organised
• You will need to work well in a team environment and on your own initiative
• Able to work well under pressure and to strict deadlines/timescales

Hours: 09.00am – 5.30pm – Monday to Friday, Full time
