Fiona is a Partner and Head of Private Client for Manchester Southport and Formby. She is a member of the highly respected Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
Fiona has over 15 years' experience in private client matters with a particular emphasis on Wills, Trusts, Probate, Image Rights Tax, Foreign Property Tax, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, Indian Wills, Domicile Issues and Inheritance Tax Planning utilising Business Property Relief and Agricultural Property Relief.
Fiona regularly speaks at Seminars on Wills and Inheritance Tax Planning for private individuals, companies, and the medical profession and sports professionals. She has appeared on BBC's North West Tonight discussing Inheritance Tax matters.
