The firm has many years experience in the law of insolvency and, unusually for a firm of solicitors, has 2 senior fee earners who are licensed Insolvency Practitioners.
In addition to acting for other insolvency office-holders we also assist both individuals and companies with insolvency related problems. We are also happy to assist company directors faced with possible disqualification proceedings.
Insolvency is a specialised area of law which we are able to deal with employing both pragmatism and understanding of the trauma and stigma associated with it.
