New Foreign Property Team
Birchall Blackburn is pleased to announce the launch of a foreign property department, which is based at its Manchester office.
The Department is headed by Graham Hughes, who has over 19 years experience in handling property transactions overseas. The team includes Solicitor Deborah Birchall and Gillian Best, who all join the firm from a specialist North West foreign property practice.
The team offers specialist advice and assistance to clients throughout their property transaction, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken and searches done to minimise the risk of problems in the future.
We are aware of problems many buyers have faced in the past because the title to the land was not checked properly. Early checks, by a Solicitor they can trust, help to put a buyer's mind at ease before entering into a binding contract or handing over large sums of money.
