Birchall Blackburn Acquires North West Law Firms
Birchall Blackburn is pleased to announce the acquisition of Morecambe law firm Clarkson Penhale and Preston firm Ward Dewhurst.
Clarkson Penhale's office in Morecambe will remain open, extending Birchall Blackburn's presence across the North West. The firm's principal, Dean Bartlett, joins Birchall Blackburn as a Consultant.
In recognition of the strong reputation of Clarkson Penhale, the Morecambe office will continue to trade under that name for the time being.
Staff from Ward Dewhurst will bring their experience in the fields of probate and conveyancing to our Preston office and its principal, Gerard Waddingham, is welcomed as a Consultant.
