Birchall Blackburn Acquires Paul Watson & Co.
Birchall Blackburn is pleased to announce the acquisition of Merseyside and Preston based firm Paul Watson & Co.
Paul Watson & Co was founded in 1988, initially operating from a single office in Southport. A strong reputation in the local area resulted in rapid expansion and the firm consolidated its position as one of the North of England's most successful practices.
Paul Watson joins Birchall Blackburn as a consultant and three of the firm's senior employees are welcomed to Birchall Blackburn as new partners - Gail Peterson, Conal Gallagher and Adele McLean.
Paul Watson & Co's offices in Southport, Formby and Penwortham (Preston) all remain open, significantly increasing Birchall Blackburn's presence across North West.
In recognition of the strong reputation of Paul Watson & Co throughout the region, the three offices will continue to trade under that name for the time being.
