How much does it cost?
The cost varies depending on what is involved and the work required. Once an assessment of your circumstances has been carried out, we will explain the costs involved and give you information about the funding options available to you.
We offer a tailored approach to legal costs, ranging from fixed fees to staged payments, or hourly rates. We will always provide a detailed cost estimate in writing at the outset.
There is a court fee of £82.00 to register an LPA application. You may be exempt from paying this fee in certain circumstances and we will advise on whether this applies to you.
