An opportunity has arisen to join our Accounts team in Preston. The role will provide administrative and technical support to the team.
The role will be spread amongst three main areas; internal mail, banking and expenses.
• Opening and sorting internal mail
• Posting to Indigo system
• Banking administration
• Processing expense requests
• Process cheques
• Taking card payments
• Highly numerate
• Ability to work to a high level of accuracy
• Ability to work to tight deadlines, particularly during busy periods.
Hours: 09.00am – 5.30pm – Monday to Friday
