Case Management Assistant – National Asbestos Helpline

Working alongside our National Asbestos Team based in Chester this role will assist in the progression of asbestos related enquiries. This role is crucial for the professional and accurate information gathering process necessary to assess our client’s cases and will also advise clients on general asbestos matters and maintain our internal and insurer databases and case management systems.

• Good listening skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Self motivated and organised

Hours: 09.00am – 5.30pm – Monday to Friday, Full time
