Industrial Disease and Professional Negligence – Chester
With 18 years experience as a Solicitor, I joined Birchall Blackburn in 2010. My areas of expertise include personal injury, industrial disease and professional negligence.
Qualifications and professional achievements: BA (Hons), Senior Litigator accredited member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
Personal Accreditations: APIL Accredited Personal Injury Specialist, Senior Litigator.
How did you end up working for a law firm? I was not good enough to make a professional sportsman! So being a Solicitor was my next choice.
Unusual fact: Whilst travelling in Africa as a student I visited the Etosha National Park in Namibia, spending a night sleeping on a bench by a watering hole. The following year a national newspaper reported the death of a tourist at Etosha, eaten by a lion while sleeping on the same bench at the same watering hole!!
