Birchall Blackburn Law employs a number of high calibre individuals who wish to qualify as a solicitor. We wish to continue to support our talented people so that they can achieve their goal of qualification as a solicitor. In this role you will undertake a breadth of legal training whilst remaining gainfully employed in your current department and seeking to qualify in this area.
Eligibility and selection
To be considered for a non rotational training contract you must have:
• a qualifying law degree at 2.1 or above
• a non-qualifying degree at 2.1 or above and law conversion course
• passed the LPC or be due to complete the course by the end of 2019.
• been employed by Birchall Blackburn Law for a continuous period of 12 months or more
The training contract will begin on the date to be confirmed by your Supervising Director and HR Manager, and not before you have successfully completed and passed your LPC.
The trainee should expect to qualify as a solicitor no less than two years after the training contract commences
