This discount is offered in respect of our standard Will writing service, which includes mirror Wills.

Our standard Will writing service includes:

– Appointing up to four executors to carry out the provision of the Will.
– Clauses appointing a guardian for any children under 18.
– Up to five individual monetary gifts.
– Up to five gifts of specific items (possessions).
– Clauses identifying the intended beneficiaries of the remaining estate.
– Provisions for simple funeral wishes.
– Registration and storage of your Will.

The standard Will does not include:

– Tax advice or planning.
– Protective property trusts.
– Rights of occupation.
– Life interest, discretionary or other complex trusts.
– Gifts of property or shares (or similarly complex assets).
– Disabled persons trust.

We can provide more complex Will services at a discounted price. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

A complex Will may include trust provisions, business and foreign assets, agricultural assets, vulnerable beneficiaries, high value estates, inheritance tax advice, establishing mental capacity or other types of specialist legal advice. This is not an exhaustive list. It is important that you talk to one of our solicitors to confirm whether you require a complex Will.
