At Birchall Blackburn Law we acknowledge that our success is due to our people. Our staff are very important to us and we are always looking to build our teams with like-minded individuals.
We support our staff through training and development. A lot of our staff members have been at Birchall Blackburn Law for many years, enjoying long and successful careers.
Birchall Blackburn Law offers 2 training contracts per year; starting in September and March. Trainees have the opportunity to experience at least 3 different areas of law during their training contract, which may be based at any of our offices. Applications are currently closed for training contracts.
What we look for in our people
At Birchall Blackburn Law we look to recruit people with drive and enthusiasm to join our successful teams. If you are hardworking, committed and work well as part of a team then we want to hear from you.
Birchall Blackburn Law is an equal opportunities employer and positively encourages applications from suitably qualified and eligible candidates regardless of sex, race, disability, age, sexual orientation or religion or belief. Read more on our approach to equality and diversity.
All successful applicants will be required to undergo a DBS (formerly known as CRB) check. A copy of our policy on the recruitment of ex-offenders is available on request.
Support for Applicants with Disabilities
We do not routinely request information from applicants regarding disabilities. However, we recognise that you may wish to make us aware of your disability in order to enable us to accommodate any requirements you may have to enable you to fully participate in the recruitment process.
If you wish to bring any such requirements you may have to our attention, but independently of the interview process, we invite you to contact our Compliance Partner, Paul Pickering, to discuss how we may help.
