Coronavirus update – please wear a face mask if you visit our offices

Our office visits require a face mask unless you are exempt

The health and wellbeing of you and our staff is important to everyone and we will be doing what we can to reduce the risk of Covid-19 transmission. For that reason from August 8, you will be required by law to wear a face covering when you are in our offices.

Some people are exempt from this requirement for age, health or disability reasons. If you are exempt, please let the person you are meeting know in advance so that alternative arrangements can be made.

Our offices in Leyland, Chorley, Morecambe, Preston and Southport are now open to visitors. We are working to reopen our Manchester and Chester offices to visitors but you may still arrange an appointment, if necessary.

We have put together a visitor’s information sheet that sets out how you can help us ensure the health and wellbeing of you and our staff when visiting our offices. This is available by clicking the following link to our Covid-19 visitor information sheet.

It’s best to make an appointment

Access to our office receptions is best by appointment, to help us keep everyone safe. It will assist us in keeping to maximum occupancy levels and observe social distancing rules.

It is still best to work with us remotely

Although our offices are open, there are a lot of ways that we can use technology to meet with you at a distance if you are self-isolating or shielding. If you would prefer to stay at home simply get in touch to talk to us about how we can work with you to meet your legal needs.

Thank you

These are challenging times and we really appreciate your understanding and patience as we do our best to keep clients, visitors and staff safe and well.
