Coronavirus update – our offices are opening

Our offices are reopening

We are delighted to be starting the process of reopening our offices to visitors. The health and wellbeing of you and our staff is important to everyone and we will be doing what we can to reduce the risk of Covid-19 transmission.

More information about the measures we are putting in place within our offices to keep our staff and visitors safe is available by clicking the link to our ‘Covid-19 visitor risk assessment‘.

Our Leyland and Chorley offices are already open and our high street offices in Morecambe, Preston and Southport will open soon.

The offices will operate under temporary opening hours.

By appointment only

For now, access to our office receptions is by appointment only. Making an appointment is a really important part of keeping everyone safe. It will help us limit occupancy levels and observe social distancing rules.

It is still best to work with us remotely

Although our offices are opening, there are a lot of ways that we can use technology to meet with you at a distance if you are self-isolating or shielding. If you would prefer to stay at home simply get in touch [Link: https://www.birchallblackburn.co.uk/contact-us/] to talk to us about how we can work with you to meet your legal needs.

Thank you

These are challenging times and we really appreciate your understanding and patience as we do our best to keep clients, visitors and staff safe and well.

April 22, 2020 update:

Coronavirus (COVID-19) update from Birchall Blackburn Law

Due to the extended measures to limit the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) our offices remain temporarily closed and our teams continue to work from home during these difficult times.

Our teams, like many other organisations using flexible technology and processes to keep their staff healthy and safe, face challenges delivering a normal business service. Whilst our expertise and quality of work remain as high as ever, we may take a little longer to respond to your messages and queries.

Please continue to contact your Birchall Blackburn Law legal adviser directly or contact our Client Services team on 0800 614 722 or email enquiries@birchallblackburn.co.uk. If you are unable to speak to someone immediately then please leave them a message and they will contact you as soon as they can.

We will continue monitoring and follow HM Government and NHS guidance as it develops.

We really appreciate your understanding and patience at this unprecedented time.

Stay at home. Protect the NHS. Save lives.
